For Contig formation, Contig quality requires a Phred score of 40 or higher.
 
 
Designs and produces an internal primer based on the results obtained through end sequencing
  using the primer provided or designated by the client.
Continues the extension of the internal primer by designing it again at an appropriate location
  based on the results obtained through the reaction of the same template using a new primer.
1-time walking takes 5~6 days; enables extension of 500bp~600bp per direction.
