data very seriously. MACROGEN can either archive sequence data
or permanently delete it from our files depending on your preference.
We also guarantee the complete confidentiality of all project
related work and, at your request, we can provide a confidentiality
agreement compliant with your guidelines for biological sample
submission to a service provider.
Quality Assurance
possible for your project. Should any reaction provide sequence
data of poor quality, our policy is to repeat our work without
charging our customers.
Data Format
We can provide the data in a format most suitable for you.
E-mail, pdf, CD-ROM, zip disk, hard copy, etc. are the frequently
requested options or we can simply alert you immediately to
the completion of your electropherograms or sequence text
files and you can directly download them from the password
protected portion of our website.
